Thank you to Pooja Bhatoa for spending so much time with my husband and myself today at Ashley Furniture in Fairfield, California. Your patience and kindness was really appreciated. We are senior citizens and my husband is a disabled veteran, wounded in Vietnam. He has a traumatic brain injury and mobility issues. Pooja made sure we were able to try all recliners and couches and made sure we got the best and what was needed for his comfort. Thank you again to Pooja for your patience and kindness. See you when we’re ready for the coffee table. I’d also like to thank Gretchen, office manager for all the help yesterday with changing the order. She was wonderful and so professional and patient. We really appreciate Ashlley Furniture in Fairfield and will highly recommend them. We are looking forward to future purchases.

Marques helped me out today with buying a couch for my new family, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love Ashley's quality and our sales technician helped me find what I wanted after finding out, all the pieces I chose were out of stock and would not be receiving any new orders. Remodeling my home for the new furniture arrival, thank you.

Acima salesman Anthony was a Man of his word, he assured me that I was not being scammed and that I was approved for the amount that he said I was approved for I came in. It was a smooth process. I was helped out by a wonderful gentleman who also showed myself and my husband the mattresses we were interested in. It was an all-around great experience this school. the mattresses we were interested in. It was an all-around great experience. I love Asley… nice product.. ive always coming in this store to get some stuff like living room set … bedroom set stuff.. Divina is very helpful and so Tammy .. they made me comfortable helping me a lot .. so today ive got 3 items because its beautiful The 2 side table and one bookcase… thanks to Divina and Tammy they are best customers services ive got from this store.. i give 5 stars they deserved it Thank you Tammy and Divina… see you again

My husband and I are expecting and wanted to look for some good nursery rocking chairs and to update our couch. After looking around a few different stores we decided to go with Ashley. Tammy from start to finish provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. It was a very busy day at the store but she provided the utmost dedication and walked us through so many things. She felt like a friend by the end of our purchase. Ask for Tammy! She’s awesome! Friendly staff at the store - checked in on us throughout the but not super pushy like some places. Made sure we had the best price for what we got and ensured that we were knowledgeable about what we bought including the warranty and delivery service that we weren't originally going to get. Did we spend more than we planned? Yes. Am I currently writing a review while lounging on my new couch that was delivered 2 days ago? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes.
